Welcome to JP App Creation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications ("Apps") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps.
• If you are under 18, you may only use the Apps under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer our Apps except as permitted by law.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws

• Upload harmful code, malware, or disruptive content
• Exploit our Apps for unauthorized advertising or commercial gain

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

• Our Apps may display advertising content from third-party ad networks (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, Liftoff, Mopub, AppLovin, etc.).
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or safety of third-party ads or websites.
• Clicking on ads or using third-party services is at your own risk and governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.

5. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

• Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases (IAPs) or premium features.
• All purchases are processed through app stores (Google Play, etc.), and their payment terms apply.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or app store policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, graphics, and code within our Apps are the intellectual property of Buzz Future Media (JP App Creation).
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzz Future Media and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Apps in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may stop using the Apps at any time.

10. Updates & Modifications

• We may update or modify our Apps (including features, ads, and services) at any time without prior notice.
• We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
